WE OFFER FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS ABOVE 100 KWD (For Kuwait & Other GCC Orders)


A standard shipping charge of 2 KWD applies on an order Value below 100 KWD within Kuwait.

For all other GCC countries, order value below 100 KWD will be charged based on the total weight of the item as follows:

  • 0 – 0.5 kg: 4.5 KWD
  • 0.5 – 1 kg: 6 KWD
  • 1 – 1.5 kg: 7.5 KWD
  • 1.5 – 2 kg: 9 KWD
  • 2 – 2.5 kg: 10.5 KWD
  • Above 2.5 kg: 20 KWD

 (which may vary according to the current promotion)

Standard Delivery Time (in Kuwait) - 3-5 Business Days

Other GCC Countries - 3-7 Business Days 



Shipping Fees to Kuwait

Kuwait: Free shipping on orders above 100 KWD.

Flat rate of 2 KWD for orders below the 100 KWD.

Orders below 100 KWD will be charged based on the total weight of the item as follows:

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.


Order Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 0-2 Business Days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message.

Delivery Issues:

In case of delays, damaged packages, or lost shipments, please contact our support team within 24 hours of the expected delivery date. We’ll assist you immediately.

 

Address Accuracy:

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Inaccurate or incomplete addresses may result in delays or returned shipments. Additional fees may apply for reshipping.

 

Please note that during public holidays in Kuwait—such as Eid Al-Fitr, Eid Al-Adha, Hijri New Year, and National Day—orders may require additional processing time. Deliveries placed during these periods will be fulfilled within 1–2 business days after the official holiday ends.
